Durival Creative, operated by Guillaume Durival, respects your privacy and processes personal information only as necessary to provide photography services and deliver client galleries.

Information collected

We may collect your name, email address, contact details, photographs, gallery activity, favourites, comments, downloads, order information and payment status. Payment card details are processed securely by the relevant payment provider and are not stored directly by Durival Creative.

How information is used

Your information may be used to:

• Create and provide access to your private gallery
• Manage photo selections, editing and delivery
• Process purchases and respond to enquiries
• Maintain gallery security and prevent unauthorised access
• Meet applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations

The legal basis for processing may be the performance of our agreement with you, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate business interests or your consent where required.

Service providers

Client galleries are hosted through Pixieset, which processes information on behalf of Durival Creative. Information may also be processed by payment, hosting, email and technical service providers when necessary to provide the service. Personal information is not sold or rented to third parties.

Some service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used for international data transfers.

Retention

Gallery information and photographs are normally retained while the gallery is active and for up to 12 months following delivery, unless a different period has been agreed. Order, invoice and transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Image use

Accessing a gallery does not give Durival Creative permission to use your image for advertising, social media or portfolio purposes. Any promotional use will be subject to separate consent.

Gallery security

Private gallery links, passwords and download PINs should not be shared. While reasonable measures are taken to protect personal information, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
